Guided Musky trips designed for you! Whether you are looking to catch your first musky, learn new techniques, explore new water, or bust your personal best, I will tailor your trip to where, when, and how fits you best.
Where?
Leech Lake is what I consider my “Home Waters”, however I have spent over a decade fishing the surrounding areas that offer different experiences. Each area/lake offers different peak times throughout the season. Either choose a lake you would like to focus on during your trip, or you can choose for me to select the lake based on factors at that time.
North-Central: Leech Lake, Little boy, Wabedo, Woman, Roosevelt
North: Bemidji, Plantagenet, Cass, Winni, Elk, Big Mantrap
West: Many Point, Big Detroit, Pelican, Sallie, Miltona, Lobster
South: Mille Lacs, Gull Lake, Alexander, Shamineau
When?
Guiding is not my full-time job which is why I structure my guiding a little different than most. Days & Hours trips may be booked are as followed;
Sunday 7:00AM – 9:00PM
Mon-Thursday 5:00PM – 11:00PM
Friday Night 5:00PM – 3:00AM Sat
Saturday 7:00AM – 3:00AM Sun
How?
Musky fishing offers many different techniques and approaches that boast similar results. Most of these techniques follow weather and seasonal patterns, however that does not mean anything is out of the question ever. How you decide to approach your trip is completely up to you if you wish. This may include structure fishing, open water, nighttime, topwater, run & gun, camping, tournament, break down new water, numbers game, big fish, big baits, small baits, etc. If you have a preference, please let me know prior to our trip so I can prepare, and if you do not have a preference how you want to approach you’re trip that is just fine. We will communicate on what is happening at that time to dial in our best odds!
